2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store wantsandfits.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. Any differing terms of the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
3. Conclusion of Contract & Order Process
(1) The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the button “Buy Now”, “Purchase”, “Pay Now” or a comparable checkout button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.
(3) The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods to the customer.
(4) In the event of obvious pricing errors, display errors or technical errors, we reserve the right not to accept the order. Any payments already made will be refunded without undue delay.
4. Prices & Payment Terms

5. Delivery & Shipping
(1) We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery availability, shipping times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the availability of our shipping partners.
(2) Each order is carefully recorded, reviewed and prepared for dispatch through our logistics network.
(3) The processing time is usually 1–2 working days. The estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 working days from dispatch confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
(4) Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking number, where tracking is provided by the shipping carrier.
(5) The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Additional costs caused by incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or undeliverable parcels may be charged to the customer.
6. Right of Cancellation & Returns
(1) Consumers may have a statutory right of cancellation within 14 days, where applicable under mandatory consumer protection laws. Further information can be found in our separate Cancellation Policy.
(2) In addition, we offer a voluntary return option of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are returned unused, undamaged and complete.
(3) The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
(4) If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered, the customer should contact us by email before returning the item and include clear photos of the issue.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Shopping Deals LLC until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty & Defective Items
Statutory warranty rights apply where required by applicable law. If you believe that an item is defective, please contact us at info@wantsandfits.com and, where possible, include photos of the defect and your order number.
9. Liability
We are liable in accordance with applicable law for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In cases of ordinary negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Final Provisions & Dispute Resolution
(1) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
(2) We are not obliged and do not agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, unless required by applicable law.
(3) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
