Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that the conditions listed below are met.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 7 days using the original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees.


1. Conditions for Returns

The returned item must:

  • be unused
  • be in the same condition as received
  • be returned complete and, where possible, in its original packaging
  • include all tags and accessories, where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be excluded from a full or partial refund.

2. Return Address
After you contact us, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for our returns department by email. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, so that your return can be correctly assigned to your order.

3. Sending Back the Item

  • The item must be packed securely for transport.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
  • Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund has been completed.

4. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued within 7 days after successful inspection using the original payment method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Regular returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered items: In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a suitable replacement solution.

4. No or Partial Refunds May Apply In Cases Of

  • damage caused by the customer
  • heavily used or soiled items
  • incomplete returned items
  • incorrectly returned items
  • returns that cannot be clearly assigned to an order

5. Exchanges

A direct exchange is only possible if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered. In all other cases, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Please first check your bank account or original payment method.
  2. If necessary, contact your bank or payment provider.
  3. Please note that refunds may take several working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
