We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery availability, shipping times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the availability of our shipping partners.

2. Order Processing & Timeline

Every order placed with Wants & Fits is carefully recorded and prepared for shipment.

• Daily cut-off time: Orders placed on working days before 3:00 pm are usually entered for processing on the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time: Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed on the following working day.
• Processing time: Processing usually takes 1–2 working days. During this time, your order is reviewed and prepared for shipment.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 working days from dispatch confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, local delivery partners and seasonal demand. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, where tracking is provided by the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Costs & Delivery Partners

• Shipping costs: Any applicable shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
• Delivery partners: Delivery is carried out by established shipping providers and local delivery partners. The most suitable shipping provider is selected based on the delivery address, destination country and availability.

5. Address Check & Delivery Issues

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. If delivery is not possible due to incomplete or incorrect address details, we may contact you by email. Additional costs caused by incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or undeliverable parcels may be charged to the customer.
